· 3-10 years of working experience working in MiL/SiL/PiL testing using TPT or similar test tools.

· Strong understanding of eMachine Control (PMSM, ASM, EESM induction motors), Power Electronics, Electric Powertrain functionalities and debugging for Automotive ECU development projects.

· MIL and SIL Testing with MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflowand Targetlink/Embedded coder.

· Strong knowledge in Test and verification tool "Time Partition Testing" (TPT).

· Experience in SWE.4 ASPICE and AUTOSAR compliant development.

· Proficiency in requirements definition and requirements management tooling (Doors/ CodeBeameror similar).

· Good understanding and work experience in Functional Safety (ISO 262622) topics.

· Good understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, Flexray or Ethernet.

· Experience in SAFe agile environment.

· Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Create and execute test plans for eMachine Control (PMSM, ASM, EESM motors), eDriveTrain, Power Electronics and monitoring functionalities.

· Analyse and understand the requirements and resolve clarifications from the team.

· Derive test specifications based on functional requirements.

· Test software units using the unit test specification according to the unit verification strategy.

· Test execution, the assessment of test results and the analysis and reporting of failed tests.

· Establish bidirectional traceability between requirements, software design and test specifications.

· Ensure Code, Structural and functional coverage is achieved as expected.

· Perform regression testing on all software modules.

· Test Automation using Python/MATLAB frameworks

· Coach and manage associates in a project / program environment with responsibility for the delivery of team – allocation to projects

· Estimation, problem solving, interfacing with counterparts in global locations
