Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead with strong expertise in E2E testing within the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will possess solid Python skills, experience with automation frameworks like Robot Framework, and the ability to validate system behavior across complex functional chains.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
  • Validate E2E system behavior involving multiple components in the functional chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage through manual and automated testing.
  • Analyze logs and develop tools/parsers for log analysis.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Ensure quality through effective defect analysis and regression testing.
  • Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and code quality improvement.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in Python and strong grasp of OOP principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation.
  • Good understanding of Linux systems.
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Codebeamer.
  • Familiar with Docker, Podman, and containerization pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and self-driven.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and performant code/test artifacts.
  • Experience with verification and simulation tools/environments.
