The Role
The Marketing Team at Embitel is excited to welcome its next rock-star marketer who understands the ‘context’ and creates ‘content’ that adds value!
Your content will serve to power Embitel’s carefully-designed marketing campaigns and be the catalyst of our marketing success stories.
You will be creating technical content for the business verticals of Embitel Technologies and marketing it on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities - A Day in the Life of a Technical Writer & Marketer at Embitel
  • Proactively participate in the Marketing Team’s      interactions with Software Developers, Business Heads, Technical Project      Managers, and Sales Teams. Ask the right questions to develop an      understanding of business goals to be achieved (understand the ‘Context’).
  • Collaborate with software developers across multiple      geographies, marketing team (Manager, SEO Expert, Multimedia Designer) to      design and develop high impact content for our marketing campaigns and      achieve the desired business goals.
  • Take charge of all types of content development - blogs,      business case-studies and thought leadership articles.
  • Work with designer(s) for infographics, e-books,      whitepapers, videos and presentation decks, mirroring consistent corporate      branding.
  • Market the content created on various platforms      organically or through paid advertising – social media, YouTube, Quora,      Reddit, Medium, etc.
  • Analyse marketing reports along with the team to monitor      and enhance ROI of the marketing efforts.
  • Forge partnerships with relevant industry      publishers/magazines to reach the target audience.
  • Design posters, PDFs, PPTs for webpages, social media, events, etc.


Job Requirement
Mandatory Skills and Personality Traits:
· A Word-Jockey who can captivate the audience with technical content that is relevant and focused.
· Experience in growing the organic traffic of a corporate website through analysis of website performance (via Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.) and creation of Search Engine optimized content.
· A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with agility to achieve team goals. Great time management and stakeholder management skills are essential here.
· A go-getter with the ability to multi-task and is proactive in initiating things on his/her own.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of Embedded Systems, Automotive software development principles, Cloud services is desirable
  • Layout and design skills – experience in tech like Canva is mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability of building online audiences/communities
  • Experience in video script writing and running a YouTube channel will be an added advantage
  • Experience in running paid marketing  campaigns for lead generation will be an added advantage
