Designation: Infotainment Architect
Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Education: BE/ME - CSE/EEE/ECE or equivalent
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in automotive infotainment development or a related domain.
  • Proficiency in embedded systems development and architecture.
  • Deep understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Android Automotive OS, Linux, QNX, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HMI design, multimedia processing, and telematics integration.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in infotainment systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions in automotive applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design and Architecture
  • Define and develop scalable and robust infotainment system architectures that meet automotive standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create system-level design specifications, including software, hardware, and communication protocols.
  • Integrate advanced features such as navigation, voice recognition, multimedia, and telematics.
Technology Leadership
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and frameworks for infotainment solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in areas such as Android Automotive, Linux, QNX, or other embedded systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of connectivity features, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 5G, and Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X).
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate  technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act  as the primary technical point of contact for infotainment-related  issues.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and  cybersecurity regulations.
  • Conduct system validation and verification to maintain high levels of  performance, reliability, and safety.
Project Management Support
  • Assist project managers in estimating timelines, costs, and resources for infotainment system development.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to technology implementation and integration.
